Service

Minimum order amount is €50. We are doing our best to reduce this amount in the future and keep our delivery service level high.

In case you have forgotten items, you can contact us via chat, email or phone and we will add it to your order in case your basket is not yet collected by your personal shopper.

In the store, your order is collected by a personal shopper. In case a product in the store ran out of stock or the whole batch has poor quality, your personal shopper will call you, explain the situation and offer replacement options.

The orders are packaged in carton boxes, thermal bags and containers.

Frozen goods are delivered in thermal bags and containers.

Payment is done electronically upon confirmation of your order at checkout page. You have options to pay with Bancontact (Stripe), credit card or paypal.

In case you are not happy with one of the products, please contact us via email, chat or phone and we’ll arrange refund or propose other alternatives. You will pay only for the basket you are happy with.

You can place such an order, but please contact us beforehand to check if we have that quantity of product in stock. The same applies to heavy products like multiple packs of water. Abusive orders may not be accepted, however, we will do our best to deliver as much as possible 🙂

The service fees primarily cover the cost of your personal shopper and help us provide on-demand customer assistance. The service fees are €7.50 and do not depend on the total of your basket.

The total amount due will be the price of your basket, plus delivery fees of €9.50, and service fees of €7.50.

Delivery

We deliver 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. We also aim for Saturday and Sunday deliveries in the future.

We currently have 3 time slots for delivery.

During payment, you can choose your delivery day and time slot. If you are unable to select the desired time slot, it means that we have already reached the maximum number of orders for that time slot and cannot accept more at the moment.

20:00 – 21:00: for orders received before 16:00

20:00 – 22:00: for orders received before 17:00

20:00 – 23:00: for orders received before 18:00

Currently, delivery takes place in the following regions:

Aalst, Gijzegem, Hofstade, Baardegem, Herdersem, Meldert, Moorsel, Erembodegem, Nieuwerkerken (postcodes 9300, 9308, 9310, 9320).

We are working hard to expand our delivery area and reduce delivery costs.

The delivery fee is €9.50, regardless of the size of the order.

We provide delivery through our own courier service equipped with eco-friendly electric bikes for short distances and cars for longer distances, modern equipment, protective helmets, antiseptics, gloves, and masks.

Pickup, packaging, and delivery services may be handled by third parties, including retail staff, independent contractors, and third-party logistics providers.

Our delivery team uses antiseptics, gloves, and masks. Our couriers undergo daily temperature checks. At your door, we adhere to social distancing.
